THE ROLE Reporting to the Assistant District Manager, the Store Manager owns the day-to-day of the store and the performance of the team. You spend the majority of your time leading the floor — hiring, training, coaching and scheduling — while managing the store’s financial performance, customer experience, safety and compliance.
